I was blessed with the opportunity to go to the World Series this year to see the Philadelphia Phillies Beat the Tampa Bay Rays. Even though I am a Yankees fan since birth, I have always dreamed of going to a World Series. It was pretty amazing.
The funny part about the day was that there was an Eagles game in the afternoon so we went to that too… Here’s some pics of the peeps I went with (Rory Wilfong, Ed Shay, Jim Bradford, Steve and Jen Young - In order of appearance)

Boys Will Be Boys (And Act Like Girls)
By Dave Conklin | November 2, 2008
So, Jodi called me at work the other day to let me know that uhm… the boys were into wearing nail polish… on… their… face. I was confused until she informed me that they had gotten into her closet and found some red nail polish and proceeded to paint each others lips with it. From what she say’s, the worst part was getting it off. Here’s the pics…

Jodi’s been buggin’ me (in an extremely loving way) to get a new pic for her. I think “Plumbers have leaky pipes” is probably the reason for her frustration… here’s two examples of what I came up with… she’s so perrrrty!

Adoption Hearing
By Dave Conklin | March 16, 2008
Many people don’t know that Emily and Haley aren’t my bio-logical daughters, which doesn’t really matter because I’ve been in their lives since they were about 3 or 4 and I have always thought of them as such.
Last week it became official, though. We had the adoption proceedings and their names are officially Emily and Haley Conklin… they were extremely excited!
Here are some pictures from after the hearing with us and Judge Hoberg.

Well, some of the people in charge of Solanco Basketball Senior gifts decided that they would like me to do one for all of the seniors… So I did. Here they are…

Girls With Apples Before and After
By Dave Conklin | March 15, 2008
I get questions all the time about what images look like before they go through the “massaging” process. So I decided to show a few of them.
Here’s a picture I did of Haley and her friends at a party last year…

More National Penn Bank Pics - Buildings
By Dave Conklin | March 15, 2008
National Penn is doing a brochure for their commercial loan reps with pictures of building’s they’ve financed and their owners. I spent the other day driving all over the place (it was fun) getting these shots.
These aren’t the typical “cool” shots I do… but it was neat to do something different.
